The Royalty Program
The royalty program teaches software development to high school students of color. Students learn the fundamentals of software development and create apps. After graduating from our program, our students are put through our recruitment network to secure jobs. Our average graduate earns $70,000.

Empowr operates off a no-fail policy. Participate in every class, ask questions, do the classwork. As long as you do these three things, you will not fail.
No Boring Lectures.
You can read the notes and watch the videos on your own. During class, we spend our time working together to solve programming problems.

You know that cool app idea you thought of? You and your classmates will work together to create and release it.
