By becoming a partner you are taking a proactive approach to ensure underrepresented communities have access, opportunity and representation in the tech industry. Your organization provides the resources necessary for the student’s success and gains a pipeline of diverse, qualified and innovative engineers.
Internship
Gain early business exposure and generate wealth within the community by offering high school internships. These internships support students from underserved communities and allows the students to see an immediate benefit to their skills.
Mentorship
When students join our program, we pair them with mentors from our partners. By becoming a partner, your employees will help underrepresented youth expand their professional networks and learn how to navigate the tech industry.
Program Support
Access to resources is one of the biggest barriers to entry for underrepresented communities. Our partners bring new purpose to their old tech by donating laptops, headphones, and other supplies to students.
Apprenticeship
Our partners are the final piece in the school-to-career pipeline. Students are placed with our partners as apprentices for a six-month program upon graduation. Once they have completed their six months, they are hired as full-time employees.
Partners provide opportunities to underrepresented minorities that wouldn’t otherwise exist. The career pathway not only increases employment and wealth for these communities but also gains a pipeline of qualified, diverse engineers.
