Company Updates
Empowr is proud to say that we were awarded grants of $100,000 from both Sony and Slack (Salesforce). We will use these funds to create a gaming pathway and scale our efforts.
We are excited to announce Sheena Grant as our new Director of Operations. She will be pivotal in helping Empowr develop the internal processes to scale up.
We are setting our organizational goals as we go full steam ahead in the new year. For 2023 we hope to:
Secure $400,000 in funding.
Scale up our in-school efforts with SAHS
Launch the Empowr gaming pathway
Develop two paid internship programs for our students
